Jozo Signs Strategic Partnership Agreement with the National Real Estate Registration Services Company (RER) at Cityscape Riyadh 2025

Jozo has announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with the National Real Estate Registration Services Company (RER), represented by its CEO Dr. Mohammed Al-Sulaiman, during Cityscape Riyadh 2025, in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Majed Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, and Eng. Abdullah Al-Hammad, CEO of the General Real Estate Authority.

This agreement represents a pivotal step in advancing digital transformation, improving the efficiency of real estate data, and enabling real estate tokenization models as one of the most important pathways for innovation in the sector.

Jozo, the first Saudi company specialized in real estate tokenization and fractional ownership, has entered into this vital agreement with RER to support technical integration and enable the use of the real estate asset identity (RER ID) within an advanced digital infrastructure that allows modern ownership and investment models built on ownership-tracking technologies and a high degree of transparency.

This collaboration comes at a time when the real estate market is experiencing rapid growth, with the regulatory plans of government entities contributing to higher transparency, increased transactions, and improved efficiency in data registration. This direction aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which places real estate innovation and PropTech among its top priorities, enhancing transparency, diversifying the investor base, and supporting the sector's sustainability.

Real estate tokenization represents a qualitative leap that enables investors to own secure digital shares backed by real assets with a documented real estate identity, opening the door to a wider segment of investors and increasing the market's depth and flexibility. This model is considered one of the most important enablers of transformation in digital real estate investment, for both individuals and institutions.

Eng. Turki Khalid Al-Shlail, Founder and CEO of Jozo, said:

"We are proud that Jozo is a leading and pioneering Saudi company in the field of real estate tokenization, and this agreement with RER represents a fundamental step toward building an advanced digital ecosystem that contributes to opening access to real estate investment in a more transparent, easy, and reliable way. Our vision is to enable investors to access stable-income real estate assets through modern digital models that support innovation and align with the ambitions of Vision 2030."

Jozo affirms that this partnership marks a new turning point in developing the digital infrastructure of the real estate sector, strengthening collaboration between regulatory entities and national companies to enable a stronger, more resilient, and more innovative real estate sector.
